Slider Toy

Enter another dimension through this wormhole!

I wasn't sure how to start this assignment but wanted to do something with motion. So I looked for looping gifs to start and the rest of it followed. I wanted to create the illusion as you drag the slider that you're entering another dimension through a wormhole.

Question: How do I float the slider over the image?
